I've only taken notes on the first 16 pages of the 10-K. Now, I've got to look into the S-3.

I trust the guys.

But I will be keeping an eye on any changes to Preferred Share count. And I will be joining those of you looking for insider buys.

In terms of raw data, this S-3 could place majority ownership into others' hands. I don't expect to see that. If may have something to do with M&A activity. But if so, it appears, if that happens, that it may involve a sales and marketing partner, versus a manufacturing partner.

I don't know. I've got a lot of studying to do, on subjects I'm tired of looking into. I was hoping for one more quarter before news like this came out.
