I have done a little research in my spare time, just out of curiosity. I'll be frank, I still don't understand this part of the process. I'm for the most part a swing trader, so it's really not relevant to what I do. I do own shares here, so I felt the need to at least try. I talk to my fidelity rep, they had no clue. All this being said, again pardon my ignorance but this company bought the shell and it's shares. Can't they deposit a block of there own shares? What I'm I missing ? I don't expect a full explanation on this platform but if you can point me in a direction so I can understand it, that be great. Thanks.
