It IS obviously bullshit. If there was accumulation due to some secret news, the pps would climb & keep climbing. Instead, it's become an obvious case of now daily, mini P&D 2.0. That's why everyday, it gets pumped up 10-15%, followed shortly thereafter by a dump back to approx where it started. Sometimes twice a day like today & yest. At a tenth of a penny, I wouldn't exactly call it "big money", like some "experts do", lol. It's using vplm for its intended purpose, imo, both by the inside & by a few smart shareholders who REALLY know how to work this & don't brag about it.
