I must assume that the poster talked to the CEO. I must assume that the CEO talked to the poster.

It's been explicitly confirmed with German this week that they will arrive Monday AM. They're not going to be late.

I must now assume that the CEO misled the poster on this account (filings in the AM today). If he misled on this account -- where else has he misled? Logic dictates this question is answered before any statements by posters or tweets/posts from company principals be accepted as valid. The CEO statements cannot be simply dismissed as "loose, imprecise statements". Willingness to provide this type of information to the public in this way is questionable, willingness to provide misleading/incorrect information is beyond questionable.

Several (many?) were "100% convinced" of the validity of these statements -- it is now time to pause this acceptance and euphoria until real truth unfolds.

Problems with auditors - it would not surprise me to see the auditors fired (or agree to quit before getting fired). Their $12.00/hr accounting clerk, who was sorting through the leaf bags full of receipts, bills, collection notices, demand for payment notices, default judgement notices, etc. decided to become a professional Pokemon Go player.
