I haven't paid enough attention to how many shares Dale "sold," because I think his entities were nominees.

I'd have to compare how much our institutional ownership may have increased, versus how much the company raised from stock sells during the period of these sells. It hasn't been worth it to me to make that comparison. I have a lot of confidence that our OS is well managed.

But I agree, anyone who knows what this company is poised to accomplish will be doing just like us, buying all they can.

It is interesting timing - both date and time - for releasing earnings. Also, notice the headquarters changed to NJ. The CA office is now only a satellite office.

My presumption would be the crew is going to buy shares on the open market. And in the coming months we will learn of the suitor involved in acquiring Humanigen. Pure speculation. But why move the headquarters otherwise?
