Facts and quotes from the filings and press releases always provided. It is profitable due diligence for some and buyers remorse for nearly everyone who bought above the current level. Nearly 350 million shares traded in two hours is very surprising for me considering the news wasn't already known and with the huge debt eligible to convert. You may be surprise how little price went up by the end of the day. Key word in the tweet is "audit". One reason for audit is to prepare for up-list. The reverse split needed for minimum price will be massive and essentially wipe out most holding this. Cash flow is needed for expenses since they continue to take on debt and the debt holders are probably pressuring for the reverse split.

Will you do a stock consolidation?

The second would be to up-list to an exchange that requires a minimum stock price. The Company could seek an up-listing at some point in the future but there would have to be some sort of financing tied to that. Neither of these situations are in the foreseeable future.
