I m talking from the time RDYM aka Remote Dynamics went bankrupt and performed a Reverse Split to emerge from Bankruptcy and eventually fell/downgraded onto the OTC LoL
Most would say this is a bad thing but the only thing that could be worse off for shareholders/BagHolders is, a dark defunct company with no board members while RM TD is moved to Expert Market.
