You don't invest this type of capital, business roll out, and his own statement of directions, without connecting dots towards his announced goal. On multiple levels of perspectives, this is the directional play. There's only a 103 million shares outstanding, which is really tight for the OTC. Even if some nominal rs is factored in alongside the announced RM, with the NASDAQ requirement, shareholders benefit by the increased market cap of Via one merger. Maybe, just maybe, this is why they've pushed this stock so far down?? Given all of what we know, there's a real disconnect here. That alone should give shareholders some thoughts. Were at sub 4 million market cap, with zero value on business roll out and development, in a multi billion dollar sector??.. Yeah, think on all of this, given what Daves been developing on a systematic basis, and furthermore, what he's publicly stated..
We could well see March as a the pivotal month of disclosures..
