How could BioAmber be part of anything? Since BioAmber ended going on 4 years ago and has zero assets left why would anyone want anything to do with BioAmber?
Now LCYB on the other hand owns and operates all of former BioAmber’s assets so I could see someone partnering with or becoming an LCYB customer for all of their BIOSA needs.
