Buying for a few cents isn't going to happen. I should have stated that the RM is from Via One. The RM gets the market cap and subsequent NASDAQ listing qualifier. Dave could spin off GMER thereafter or provide the whole package. He could also operate it as an ALPP conglomerate. He uplisted for a reason. Dapper or AXCIE are private companies looking to publicly list. Agreed they are quiet for something monumental. I believe it's an RM.
