But even if they do a small RS, it isn't the end of the world. I agree the SS argument is not necessarily one that holds up all the time, I have had stocks do RS with a 20 or 30 million float, there is some crazy stuff going on out there. Also don't forget that the SS won't be like this after the merger, obviously we will get an O/S increase together with the merger unless it's done in preferred shares. In our case it's already trading in dollars so in principle there isn't much of a need but again a small one wouldn't change any outcome here if the tech is what is promised.
