Yes. It is all about the revenue stream. Once known, expect VXIT to trade much more robust! Early on, 50-100M+ trade days. Once a higher pps established, trade volume decreases, pps slower climb, float locked and much smaller trade blocks.

A month for this to happen? Doesn't VXIT have one state's approval on new offer already? May be a lot sooner. Can't imagine that the pps will remain below .01 much longer (Very early March).
