Don't worry about a low share count after the reverse split. If this deal goes thru, the new guys will dilute so fast there will be more shares outstanding than anyone ever wanted. Bay never did anything good for shareholders in any of his failed companies and I don't expect that to change now.
By the way, anyone see the update that Bay promised by the end of January?
