The company's auditing firm recently completed an audit for another public company... and is now starting another audit for that same company for the period following the first audit.
The auditors DO NOT HAVE COVID and ARE NOT DELAYED in completing audits for $FTRS due to COVID.
This is all horse crap coming from the company. I don't know what's going on behind the scenes with this company, but the COVID excuse is pure horse hockey. Management needs to come clean with shareholders.
There is ZERO excuse for not remaining CURRENT INFORMATION on #OTC:PINK... NO AUDITS ARE REQUIRED.
It is hard to say which is more pathetic - management saying nothing for a long time or us waiting here on a message board for them to say something...
