I think we’d rather it this way. They know what price they want and they will get that price. If this was trading at .10 and the offering was for .02 shares we’d all be very pissed.

I’ve been through this before. That’s the only reason I am voicing my opinion. I prefer this way rather then being blindsided with shares at an 80% discount to the open market.
