If you listen to the Yahoo Finance interview with CEO Stephane Bancel, he says that of the $19 billion in secured government contracts and $3 billion in options for 2022 COVID-19 vaccines, literally none of that money is from the United States. If the United States contracts with Moderna to purchase more vaccine doses in 2022, that $19 billion + $3 billion in options already secured for 2022 could go up to $25-30 billion+
