these last weeks and even today I had been selling some of my dividend stocks off.. with the intention to buy back lower

I was debating if i wanted to wait on IQST to go lower or not.. i had in a bid at 45 and looked like it wouldn't hit.. decided 48 cents was a great price so added 50,000 shares.

if it falls more ------I'll just grab more.
