Price is irrelevant to the rich, but general population who is working Class are not RICH and Price is very relevant to them. For comparison here is one example: Russia offers gas prices for a long-term contracts to Europe $170 - $300 for 1000 square meters while America wants to sell their gas in Europe for $2000 for 1000 square meters.
