No one is running scared. Here are some FACTS:
VPLM has no revenue

VPLM has won zero financial judgements as a result of court proceedings

Hudnell has been unsuccessful with any wins in court

The court of public opinion is turning against Big Tech. People, and therefore juries, are seeing that big tech are just bullies who take what they want. No longer do they get any "benefit of the doubt". Now they just have to rely on their cronies.....but KOH is no longer in control.

And that benefits VPLM.
