Thanks for posting that. Good for longs that SSOF is staying current with disclosure.
Apart from that, I'd say the rest of the news is mostly negative.
Still controlled by Ken Bland.
Still a shell.
The new guy that Bland brought in believes so much in SSOF that he owns zero shares.
No disclosure of any activity suggesting an upcoming merger.
And, last but not least, SSOF still owes the $600K legal judgement that they said would be taken care of by now.
Not seeing any reason this should be priced anywhere near these levels. So, I'll remain on the sidelines.
