So, it is possible that Sorrento could hold back the 10-K until March or the middle of April. Thank you for that now I am certain I have not stocked up enough Wine and Spirits. I will rectify that today.

Only one problem and that is SORRENTO is not a “smaller reporting company”.

A “smaller reporting company” is an issuer that is not an investment company or asset-backed issuer or majority-owned subsidiary and that (i) had a public float of less than $75 million as of the last business day of its most recently completed second fiscal quarter.
However I will use that thought to increase the holdings of my bar.
