Judging by the investor slide deck I would guess they are looking at private companies to bring into the fold vs. new ventures. I think one can be excited about what they presented as targets and I would guess they have initial acquisitions identified.
The hemp rolls/CBD cigarettes have the potential for immediate revenue stream that likely can be scaled immensely.
The therapeutic research benefits of hemp, while likely no revenue streams initially could provide immense value in IP development.
Both smart areas to launch into and neither really dependent much on legislation. SAFE passing will probably accelerate what they accomplish on transactional side/FINCANN.
Feels like a vertical integration path would include something on production side eventually as well..
The ambition here looks to stretch far beyond the OTC. IMO there will be significant interest driving the shareprice here in coming months, especially with renewed interest coming in cannibas sector legislation. However, I sense the highest ROI will extend out 2024+.
