they are filing "OTC Basic Disclosure" and they did file an annual report but it doesn't tell much because as of 12/31/2021 they were still a shell.

Currier made her money and she is gone. Now all that matters is what the new owners do with their shiny new shell. Doesn't seem like many want to stick around and find out.
