I like that thought.

But a judge "probably" will be appointed. Dont forget, even the smallest minute detail of a bk case needs a judge to watch over.

So IMHO until this is finally, 110% done, and finished..there will be a judge.

And yes, that sux. Lol

If we receive in April or May news that there will be new judge appointed to oversee the Lehman case then we should prepare for additional X years of waiting... 2023 or even longer... yeah, I know the docket is empty and there are only handful of open court cases ... but still ... new judge means we will have to wait more. If no news about new judge then perhaps this is indeed over by the end of the this year.

That is just an assumption without any basis.

Better look at the remaining asset of 430M to be distributed as final.. It doesn’t matter if there is a new judge or who the judge is.
