It's pretty simple -- Current holders just held on through a 90% share price drop in the last 52 weeks. Naïve retail investors that are willing to go over the cliff with this stock -- they have already lost over $2,000,000,000 in the last year. Smart money certainly wouldn't take that escalator down. And now there is little prospects in the future -- just the naïve hope of a buyout or a partnership. How's that for an investment strategy!!
