"Quiet Period" is for IPOs not for partnerships or acquisitions. There is NO evidence that the company is in negotiations other than shareholder fantasy's based on NP/Dr.K's hype. It is the only hope for most shareholders as the company is almost out of cash and has virtually no means of raising more and is ~$100 mil in most past due debt.
