It isn't - it's market makers playing there games and the software only showing some lines. So, they can hide sell and buy orders. There's some rules around it, but it seems they can stretch it.
They can as well supply shares (short) and only cover some days later.
Anyhow, I do see this one going if we get news (and not tweets).
