I have to disagree with you. Gary put Bill and Marion into their positions. He oversaw everything they did and all agreements that were made. He put up with their incompetence because they would do whatever he told them to do without argument. I think when Art came on board it was with the understanding that he would be making and overseeing most of the decisions, especially when it came to personnel and money. Thankfully much better decisions are being made and things are definitely moving in a better direction! I appreciate your comments!
