There's many more private cannabis/hemp companies than anyone even knows about that are just waiting for some sort of legislation to happen so they can enjoy the type of profits they SHOULD be realizing. Sched. 1 to 3 is probably the key. SAFE is and should be the 1st sign of them(politicians) coming around to understand what the RIGHT thing to do is.

If the JV is as huge as we think, in line with the ( LOI ) Time Line, I anticipate the PPS will break out, . . .
