It may have been an oversight when they updated it.

If you take a look at Alois’ IG page, he seems to be

associated with a company called DOM SWISS in 2022.

The OTC MARKETS WEBSITE also does not list Alois

as the CEO of VITX.

The transfer agent may not have updated the info

correctly on that document that you posted.
