No it’s not. As new Directors they have to disclose their holdings out of the gate via a Form 3, which is zero shares.

If they get shares from here on out either by award, options, private placement or market purchase they will have to disclose on a Form 4.

Maintaining a $3 + as PPS average is required to stay as a Nasdaq stock. They need to attract more buyers or they will lose their status. I really can’t see how the got approved for Nasdaq at all if this is a scam. So IMO they will PR good news or they must have paid off someone to get Nasdaq approval.
