Not sure what you mean by lately, 375 million in January isn't nothing. No it's not a billion, but it's still substantial when all the volume has disappeared. This PA the last few days is more dilution as well. OTCN is doing what he can to dilute all the 4s but still keep it showing on the bid. Take for example, 99% of those NITE orders have been mine, he just conveniently closed my whole order but 10k. This IS NOT RETAIL SELLING! I. And he just took all the rest as I was typing this. all good BYOC
