In all seriousness, the liklihood of a legit PCAOB auditor like Paris Kreit & Chiu CPA of every certifying $INND's financials is probably zero. The last auditor probably told INND that and hence the reason for the new auditor. You can't just acquire companies without proper valuations being done under PCAOB guidelines.
As for the costs for the auditor I suspect Matty boy will just pay them until he can't, which will probably be within the month, and then the whole audit thing will go quiet. You see, in a game like this, he just wants to be appearing to be doing "the right thing" when realy its all about the "stall".
Just think about it, for the next several months, he will be able to blame the auditors everytime a deadline is missed. I believe Matty boy is a CRIMINAL, and not even a good one. He will get whats coming to him and then his poor child will spend the next decade visiting daddy behind bars. This is probably inevitable. At this time, Matty boy probably goes to bed everynight worried about where hes going to get the next few hundo thousand dollars to make payroll and keep things going. A scam works until you can no longer pay your accomplices. His employees and the Ihear and Hearingassist folk are eventually going to realize that they were taken for a ride. Maybe you should order more kiosks, Matty boy?
