It’s kind of odd how it all came about. I could be wrong obviously. On July 21,2021 they dissolved the corp in Nevada and started a new corp in Wyoming, on the same day. Then Tuesday , at the new companies request, dissolved the Wyoming corp and started a new corp, but imported all the documents from the original Eco-tek they dissolved in Nevada. All with the same directors. The new filing says foreign profit corp. can’t really understand why the would do that unless there was some hang up about moving the company back to Nevada.
