Yes, you are doing it right, BECAUSE, I think the company that bought UCPA is behind this PPS drive north. Being a European company, buying UCPA is their entry into the US markets which is probably where they want to be. I can only reason that BIG money is driving this PPS when one(1) transaction for over one(1) million shares cost over $27,000 dollars. Very seldom in the OTC market do we see a company drive the PPS. THIS IS JUST MY OPINION.
