Correct. The dirt is practically worthless. Requires a massive Mill and 1500 employees 24/7 to make it profitable. It’s a known commercial venture. They need $350m to make this a $3B NPV. Even with dilution we’re looking at $9/11 a share a dividends at full capacity. Gold at $2500 (where it’s headed ) even more so

The CEO is Eye candy though.
