.10? Maybe move the decimal a spot or two to the right, haha! Try to buy 1.5 billion shares in the open market when there is very little selling interest.

I know your post is from a few hours ago, but I'm trying to catch up on the reading.

your comment - maybe then if they are forced to cover

If what is stated is true regarding the naked shorts, the sec certainly better make them cover. They put us on a halt with no problem, especially when things seemed to be looking very bright here for the very near future.

There are too many questions to be answered, and unfortanately we will have to wait to see how it all unfolds. Of course, my stomach was turning this morning when I found out. I really didn't get a chance to browse the board since noon, until I got home from work. After thinking about it, I have to say for my gut feeling, I don't feel as bad now, and for some reason, I think this will work itself out and be okay. I'm certainly not trying to state that it will be an easy ride.

I just find it hard to believe if Jim is at fault he would go through the lengths he did with putting out all the advertising lately, if he knew he was in the wrong. The only way that would make sense is if he is caught selling shares during this time, which does not seem to be a question (and hopefully stays that way).

My only thought regarding the contract is that if this was done through a 3rd party, possibly the company was not able to mention that than in their PR's, since it was not directly through them. At most, I certainly wouldn't see this as a serious issue, if indeed a contract actually exists.

Back to my original point, if Jim does come out clear from this, I would expect retraction to be done on those trying to cause harm.
