The stock went dark because China isn’t allowing the company to go public. This is a real estate company. All Chinese real estate companies are having financial difficulties. Most owe far more, than they can pay back. Evergrande is one of many soon to be bankrupt real estate companies in China. All the hopium people are pumping is nonsense. It’s very easy to update filings. Approximately 50,000 companies do it every year. This stock is dead. It’s not going Pink again. I called their transfer agent, Integral Transfer Agency (716)-402-8539. They said there’s been no paperwork filed to become updated. They’ve heard nothing from the company in many months.
