Audited Financials were received by the company on 10/27.. 3 1/2 months

A form 10 cannot be issued without Audited financials. Company reiterated it's commitment to file the Form 10 last on

Bitgift Advertising was announced on 1/19/2022.
Less than 1 month ago.

YESTERDAY subscription portal went live with form being returned revealing more details about Bitgift upon filling out inquiry.

Bitgift Twitter account was updated and tweets were made pertaining to launch.

YESTERDAY
I received a response to an inquiry regarding promotion and the various websites and social media platforms and was told that more updates will be coming in the next several days.
