Sounds like it's time to get out while you can. If there were any positive spin, the company would have announced it. Instead insiders are likely selling what they can. Jmho.

They’ll continue trading, except for the fact that they’ll cease to be a SEC reporting issuer. No more 10-Q or audited annual reports or 10-k. Simply a Excel spreadsheet report submitted to OTCM on quarterly basis, with an attorney letter. Again, if they don’t meet the new compliance requirements in regards to deadlines, they can still be delisted again to Expert Market, as they did a couple months ago, however it’s much harder to regain market makers as a non-reporting pink sheet.
