Claiming he'll sue? It's an interesting angle.

If he succeeds to make a racket we'll all lose what little money we have left IMO. I don't think he'll succeed though.

Do I think Aegis just did a smash and grab job with this offering? Yes. Do I hold management accountable? Yes.

What am I going to do about it? Who TF knows.

Midtermer is a very successful business man who didn't like the deal with Aegis.

I don't like the deal with Aegis either. I will bet, but I don't know for sure, that Sunshine doesn't like the deal with Aegis.

However, we all have to realize that in this economic climate with a fake CIA war supposedly looming (that will never happen in a million years) Sunshine had no choice. We have to move forward.

Sunshine now has 8 million cash + 2 million in cash - 1.9 million in debt. They have their mice trials done and they are ready to petition the FDA for Fast Track.

Our largest investors are now doctors.

We are in a better spot right now that at any time over the last two years.
