The only way Amarex gets the money is if they can show they were harmed and the judgement for CYDY was wrongful. Also, CYDY NEVER PAID 6.5 million to anybody. They paid a portion of that to secure the bond.
Either people on here really don't understand anything about how a bond works, or they're willfully trying to mislead other users. It's a done deal, and now we wait for the results of the audit.
So many topics to spin now the whipping boy NP is gone. Personally my favorite is the office raids. Speaking of which, wonder how Andrew Left is doing today? Wonder what those search warrants will uncover....hmmmm.
