Petey's ventures have nothing to do with "real companies". Petey is running investor scams where his priority is not about creating a revenue, earning a profit, paying taxes, paying employees etc. No, his "companies" are all about bullish talk to motivate gullible investors for quick money to primarily spend them on his own lifestyle and return a fraction of it to those investors to keep it look legitimate. Everything he does is like playing on a slot machine and he should have stayed in that business decades ago.
I actually think he is a severe case of the Dunning-Kruger effect and he lacks self-realization of how utter incompetent he is on everything he is trying to do. He surely is a serious liar in much of what he communicates but he is also lying to himself.
