Indeed and he even got SFIV involved in a lawsuit leading to a Judgment and then a UCC Lien Filed Against it.

Remember when he was stating (long ago) he was a "consultant" but signed the filings as President. Pretty sure I still have that document. OOPS.. HAHAHA

I'm still trying to figure out the "Patent Trademark & IP Law Inc" company. It seems familiar. Do you remember anything about it? Was Jay Pignatello, who "headed" HPNN for a little bit the guy that was part of he company.
