SIMPLE SOLUTION

It's clear that there are some very serious issues with this company, perhaps as DragonLady and others have noted, a FRAUD.

I've filed a complaint with the SEC. Why not others do the same? List the many suspicious actions and have them investigate the entire damn family. If they deserve to be bankrupt and in jail, the SEC will put them there.

The potential "problem" is - per my "word on the street" sources is that the Moore More clan CARRIES NO D&O INSURANCE (Directors and Officers policy) for the VERY REASON (by design ! Con 101 basics) as they know they are scammers and thus keep things as "LAWSUIT PROOF" and "drained dry" of cash, assets, ins policies etc as possible.

DRAIN THE MOTHER SHIP = OTC scam n con 101 basics. ALL cash gets bled down near ZERO every Qtr and fed to the insider clan-club and they purposely keep no insurance policies is "my guess" to make it not-worth the time of a decent attorney to pursue them...grifter 101 handbook, Chapter Uno :)

NO securities firm will touch a case usually w/o a D&O policy to pursue to pay-out some decent damages.

THIS is why the Moore More CLAN will NEVER ever ever have "Independent directors" and it's a literaly THREE PERSON "family affair" con n smoke job.

Hearassist and these other smoke n mirror "deals" will ALWAYS be kept as 100% seperate and micro LLC's to give them legal isolation from the INNER-SCAM public traded mother ship.

THAT is how "it's done" when running a serial grifter con - the short version.

Hit Rosen Law with a complaint/tip and they may check out INNER-SCAM as the massively P&D and DILUTION inflated market cap being a bloated $50 million makes them a potential "attractive target" and there is the possibility of going after the headquarters building - but my "bet" is the Moore More clan has that POS mortaged out to the hilt also and have drained it of any equity to Daddy aka Mark Moore more aka THE PERP !

Worth a try though - never hurts to put more eyeballs on these OTC stink-ball sham-n-scam share printing dilution mills and "Family affair" self-enrichment con schemes :)
