I think you hit the nail on the head Lufrance. it is absolutely disgraceful. These Greedy white collar criminals enrich themselves by Spoofinf and scalping on a daily bases on many stocks especially the otc. Most of us are small time investors who have worked in the workforce for many years, and are just trying to use what little money we have to invest in up and coming companies with the potential to be successful over time. And these Corrupt individuals and groups come and devise mischievious schemes to steal and rob us of our investments. all I can say is that one day, they will pay for their misdeeds. it may not be in the relative future but life has strange way of correcting the wrongs and dishing out justice to those who "get away" with such dastardly acts.
