Not the case. The private placement was $0.10 per with a warrant at $0.25 maturing in 24 months. The private placement of $500k was filled no issue. There is no dependancy on DIGAF to set the Securter IPO pricing. At a minimum, it will be $0.10 or above with a good potential on the higher side as the payment services readies to launch.
