Very few OTC stock have positive operational cashflow or profits…yet can take on market caps 10-100x their sales if there are any. Many don’t have any revenue at all yet trade with multi million dollar market caps…and some that no longer exist as a company…at all…still trade at some price level.
Financials simply don’t matter…only the story or the hype.
You don’t really see too much of that on Nasdaq. Financials matter.
And then there is the fact that a majority of OTC stocks that uplist to Nasdaq trade at a fraction of their price from the OTC…and yet the company itself hasn’t changed…just where the stock is traded.
