UC, SIRC management may not have been successful yet in buying back the shares from the loan sharks, due to the delay in receiving the Arbiter funds, however, it appears that they have been successful in convincing the loan sharks to stop selling shares in the open market, as the trading volume has been abysmal and well below average in recent days.
