Cytodyn dropped the Amarex lawsuit. After the NP email, Sidley likely saw the unlikelihood of positive outcome said drop it.

Cytodyn has significant risk if they somehow imply the their HIV or CoV data is somehow tainted by their CRO. That would be disastrous -- no BLA, No HIV combo or mono. Not in the best interest of the company.

Now the company is down to primarily arbitrating the $13 million in Amarex invoices to determine their legitimacy. The $6.5 mil surety bond got them the data and the audit, but will likely end up being applied to the debt owed to Amarex.
